Service Description

A gentle pause in the middle of your day — created to help you soften, breathe, and come back home to yourself. In just 10–15 minutes, we’ll move through simple somatic shapes, micro‑stretches, and grounding practices designed to release tension and reset your nervous system. This class is intentionally short, accessible, and beginner‑friendly. You can join from your desk, your kitchen, your car, or wherever you find yourself at noon. No equipment, no pressure, no perfection required. Each session offers: 3–4 gentle poses or somatic cues Breathwork or grounding to settle your system A moment of presence in the middle of the chaos A soft landing place to return to yourself Come as you are — overwhelmed, busy, tired, or curious. Leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected. This class is always free. Your only job is to show up and breathe.
