This four‑day retreat is a gentle invitation to step out of your daily rhythm and into a space where your nervous system can finally soften. You’ll arrive on Thursday at 4 p.m., settle into your room, and ease into an evening of grounding practices that help you transition from “doing” to simply being. Rooms are shared.

Across the weekend, you’ll experience restorative movement, breath‑led stillness, reflective rituals, and spacious pockets of quiet designed to help you reconnect with yourself. There is no rushing, no performing, no pressure — just soft structure, nourishing practices, and the kind of rest that lingers long after you return home.

 

Goodies included are: All meals, juices, coffee, swag bag, all practices, and a trip to the hot springs.

Optional add-ons: Chiropractic Adjustments, Symphony of the Cells, or Massages.

We close our time together on Sunday at 10 a.m., giving you a slow, supported morning to integrate, savor, and carry your renewed clarity into the days ahead.
