Private Somatic Yoga & Nervous System Support

Healing isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all. These options give you the freedom to choose how often you want to be held, guided, and supported — from occasional resets to ongoing, month‑to‑month care.
Every private session is designed just for you — shaped by your body, your energy, and what you’re carrying that day. The day before we meet, I send a gentle assessment so I can understand how you’re arriving: your emotional state, your mood, your stress levels, and any physical discomforts like digestion issues, joint pain, tension, overwhelm, or exhaustion.
From there, I choose the practice that will support you best — restorative or yin — and tailor every posture, prop setup, and breath cue to meet your nervous system with compassion.

4‑Session Bundle — $65 per session ($260 total)
A gentle commitment to weekly grounding. You save $10 per session, and we create a consistent rhythm together.
