Each year, women come together for a weekend of rest, reflection, and gentle renewal. Life moves fast, and most of us rarely get the space to slow down long enough to hear ourselves again. An annual retreat creates a sacred pause — a moment to step out of the noise and into something softer, quieter, and deeply restorative.
These weekends are designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, your faith, and the parts of yourself that get buried under responsibility and overwhelm.
