Let’s Be Serious… We Need More Fun

Let’s be serious for a second — the world feels heavy. Everywhere you turn, something is deep, intense, emotional, or overwhelming. And while there’s absolutely a place for depth and healing, there’s also something we’re collectively starving for:

Lightheartedness. Play. Joy. A moment to breathe without taking ourselves so seriously.

That’s where I come in.

I know I’m a bit much for some people. I’m loud, I’m goofy, I laugh at my own jokes, and I’m definitely not what you’d call “woo‑woo.” And honestly? That’s perfect. Because there are plenty of incredible, deeply spiritual, incense‑burning, moon‑charging humans out there who serve the people who need that kind of support.

But some people need something different.

Some people need a space where they can land softly without feeling like they have to whisper, meditate for 45 minutes, or pretend they’re not overwhelmed. Some people need a space where they can be real — and where I can be real too.

That’s the space I create.

A space where healing doesn’t have to feel heavy. Where growth doesn’t require perfection. Where you can show up messy, tired, excited, confused, or all of the above — and still feel welcome.

And yes… a space where we can have fun.

That’s why I run things like the SomaStride Challenge with prizes, or make silly videos that people can actually relate to. Because healing doesn’t have to be a solemn ceremony. Sometimes it looks like laughing at yourself, moving your body, or joining a challenge just because it feels good to try something new.

Fun is not the opposite of healing. Fun is healing.

So if you’re someone who wants support without the pressure… If you want a safe space that feels like a deep breath and a good laugh… If you want to grow without losing your spark…

You’re in the right place.

I’m here — fully myself, fully human, fully excited — to walk with you, cheer for you, and remind you that joy is allowed, even in the middle of everything.
